1. INFORMATION REQUESTS
If we hold information on you and you would like to view it, please email info@goldenfinishes.com and one of our team will be in touch within 7-10 working days to address this. Any inaccuracies will be modified and amended, we will also happily delete and personal information we hold when requested to do so (except in special circumstances).

When placing an order with GF Europe Ltd, to process any order our customer service team needs the following information for our internal software:

All of the details our customer services team enter are collected for the sole purpose of processing and dispatching your order. We may contact you afterwards for feedback/to review your experience with GF Europe Ltd. We will not add you to any mailing list without consent or send you emails that are not of any relation to your order.
If you choose to contact us using the contact us form or sign up for a trade price list sign up, we will collect the following information:

Any other information you choose to supply in the body of your message
This information is collected to solely responding to your enquiry. Your information will not be added to our mailing lists without consent. Our team aim to ensure that all data is valid, accurate and up to date. Information is held securely and in accordance with UK & EU legislation including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. ARTWORK & BRANDING
When placing an order, artwork is required for us to re-draw. Any artwork you send to GF Europe Ltd will be kept private and not shared or not be re-used without the owners consent. We will never use your artwork for anything other than the fulfilment of your order unless we gain consent from the owner.
4. OUR MAILING LIST
When you contact GF Europe Ltd or place an order via our CS team, we give you the option to join our promotional mailing list. Subscribers are sent promotional emails containing product information, special offers, and other updates from us.
We use email campaign software to automatically manage our list, this offers you the facility to ‘Unsubscribe’ by simply clicking the link in the footer of any promotional email from GF Europe Ltd. We will not share your data with any other companies if you have agreed to join our mailing list.
5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Our website uses Google Analytics to monitor and manage our website traffic and user behaviours, this software does this anonymously and does not collect any personal info. If you would like to be removed from our Analytics data, simply get in touch and one of our team will send instructions on how to opt out.
